The 14900 service enables citizens to schedule or cancel an already valid appointment with doctors in the primary health care units, as well as with private doctors of the “Personal Doctor” program in their private surgeries.

By calling 14900, interested parties can still make an appointment for blood tests, quoting their ΑΜΚΑ (Social Security Number). The ever-willing staff of 14900 finds for them the available days and hours for a meeting with the doctor of the specialty they are interested in, but also informs them about:

service providers, health units (opening hours, telephone numbers, addresses, hospital on-calls, etc.)

doctors contracted by EOPYY (National Agency for the Provision of Health Services) (names, times, and dates of appointments; doctors examining at their private surgeries, doctors making home visits, etc.)

the process of scheduling laboratory tests, health certificates and medical certificates for enrollment in school, camps, etc.

committees, directors, inspectors, heads of health units (names, telephone numbers, reception hours, etc.)

EOPYY pharmacies (opening hours, telephone numbers, high-cost medicine distribution spots, necessary supporting documents, etc.)

Solidarity Center and Social Clinic (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
