Newsphone Group of Companies consists of the parent company Newsphone Hellas S.A. and its subsidiaries, Call Center Hellas S.A., and A.K.E.P. S.A. (Athens Communications & Information Center S.A.).
Newsphone Hellas, the “flagship” of the Group, was founded in 1995 and was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange in 2003, while in 2021, after a successful public offering by the shareholders and founders of the Group, the shares were delisted from the stock exchange, with the company becoming private again. It is active, within and outside the borders, in the fields of Information, Communications and Electronic Government, while in its 24 years of presence it has become a point of reference for Greek Business, offering innovative and quality digital products and services to Citizens, Businesses and large organizations.
Newsphone Hellas is supported by Call Center Hellas, which for 18 years has provided call center services to the Group and to third parties, and A.K.E.P., which is, among other things, the sales arm of the three companies, with more than 150 sales executives (office, field and telesales). Since 2015, Newsphone has been part of the coastal company Levante Ferries, which has given a new lease of life to the maritime transport of the triangle Zakynthos – Κefalonia – Kyllini.
