Following a successful public offering by the group’s shareholders and founders, and a related press release by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in September 2021, the shares were delisted from the Athens Stock Exchange and the company became private again.

The company, as a technological partner of ACB E-AUCTIONS LIMITED,
a private limited liability company based in Cyprus, has implemented since July 2019, and supports the electronic auction system on behalf of the Association of Cyprus Banks.

As a technological partner of the Notarial Association of the Courts of Appeal of Athens, Piraeus, Aegean & Dodecanese, initially in a pilot partnership in 2017, which was finally sealed in spring 2018, the Group creates and manages the eauction.gr online auction platform (infrastructure, software, operation monitoring).

Newsphone takes over with two five-digit telephone numbers to serve insured persons for appointments at the clinics of the National Organization for Healthcare Services Provision (EOPYY), as part of the reform in the health sector.

The Company launches Vrisko.gr (business directory 11880)
and starts providing promotion services to businesses and professionals.

Newsphone Hellas Group grows with the acquisition of A.K.E.P. S.A. (Athens Communications & Information Center S.A.) and builds a strong sales team, serving small and medium-sized professionals and entrepreneurs.

Newsphone Hellas has now consolidated and strengthened its presence in the thematic portals sector by expanding its services and launching new services.

The Group focuses its efforts on international expansion, continuing to record positive sales results outside Greece.

Newsphone Hellas is established in the field of Directory Services with 11880 and now offers access to the service from all mobile telephone networks in Greece. It is responsible for the Greek-wide service of IKA’s (Social Security Institute) call center 184. The Company earns revenue from sales outside Greece, resulting from cooperation in the field of mobile marketing with large international mobile networks.

After obtaining a license to provide voice telephony services from EETT, Newsphone upgrades its telecommunications infrastructure and introduces 11880 to the market.

A milestone for Newsphone Hellas as it starts providing general and specific information about Volunteering and the Torch Relay as well as tickets for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. The e-kep platform manages more than 1.6 million cases submitted by the 1.3 million citizens who came to Citizens Service Centers across the country and has become the standard service.

The public registration of the Company is successfully completed, and Newsphone Hellas S.A. is listed on the Athens Stock Exchange in January 2003. In the same year, it receives the business innovation award from the magazine “HRIMA” (MONEY).

Following a public international competition, Newsphone Hellas undertakes the development of the ARIADNI project, which includes the Citizens Service Centers.

Newsphone certifies its operation and all its activities according to ISO 9001 and offers the innovative Ringtones & Logos service for mobile phones.

Newsphone begins the implementation of its development plan by applying for entry into the parallel market of the Athens Stock Exchange and acquiring 50% of CALL CENTER HELLAS S.A.

Newsphone moves to new premises. It offers automated on-line information on stock movements and the developments of the Athens Stock Exchange sessions. It becomes the first in Greece to provide its services to both local and Freephone (800) and Onephone (801) numbers.

Newsphone Hellas is founded and signs with Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE) a telecommunications services contract.

Newsphone offers live support services and the first live interactive games on Greek television.
