Cooperation with the Greek State for the implementation of important e-Government projects, such as the “ARIADNI” project of the Ministry of the Interior, which concerned the provision of information and services to citizens through (a) the Citizens Service Centers, (b) the multilingual web portal www.kep.gov.gr, and (c) the call center 1564.
Provision of telephone services to the passengers of Hellenic Railways Organization S.A. (OSE) via telephone number 1110, which informs about routes, availability, fares, and ticket reservations.
Cooperation with IKA-ETAM (former National Social Security Agency) for the service of the Foundation’s insured persons, with our group staff, through the 184 Call Centre as well as through the staffing of Secretariats in 102 Local Health Units throughout the country.
Provision of telephone services for the passengers of the Athens Urban Transport Organization (OASA) through dialing number 11185, as well as provision of electronic means of communication.
Implementation of the Automation System for the Composition of the Publication Material for the Government Gazettes on behalf of the National Printing Office, involving the installation and operation of an information system that automates the collection of the material, the production process for the Government Gazettes, the management and distribution of the Government Gazettes to citizens, businesses, and Public Administration
Implementation of a contract for the Public Material Management Organization (ODDY) with the object of creating an integrated information system that allowed the dissemination of ODDY’s informational content on the Internet, as well as the implementation and operation of an electronic auction room.
Ongoing cooperation with the Municipality of Athens, where the company provides telephone services to the people via the Municipal 1595 hotline and e-services via the digital applications for communication with the Municipality.
