In collaboration with the Municipality of Athens, the 1595 service (Citizen Service Line) provides telephone support — as well as electronic assistance through digital applications for communication with the Municipality — to citizens, addressing issues such as:
- Reporting damages (road network, public lighting, advertising signs, waste/recycling bins, sidewalks, etc.)
- Civil protection in cases of natural disasters or emergencies
- Reporting to request assistance for citizens in need
- Requests for tree pruning
- Reporting abandoned vehicles
- Booking electronic appointments through the dedicated platform of the Municipality of Athens: rantevou.cityofathens.gr
The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
